Four competitors challenged Tiffany’s title on the last episode of SmackDown and Nick Aldis had to announce a fatal four-way between them. Bayley became the #1 contender. Chelsea Green successfully defended her title against Michin owing to an interruption from Piper Niven from outside. The match between LA Knight and Shinsuke Nakamura ended in DQ after an interruption from Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga.

Motor City Machine Guns and Los Garzas won their matches against A-Town Down Under and Pretty Deadly respectively. Tama Tonga and Jacob Fatu continued their feud with OG Bloodline. They went after Paul Heyman and then Jimmy Uso and Cody Rhodes made the save. It called for a match between Jimmy Uso and Cody Rhodes against Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga. An interruption from Kevin forced Cody to leave Jimmy alone in the ring and the team of Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga won the match.
