Ashish Negi

Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso reunited once again to ascend to the top of the mountain at the main event of the final episode of Monday Night Raw for 2025. The Usos ended AJ Styles & Dragon Lee’s 70-day title reign in an intense match that blew the roof of the arena. Both these teams pushed each other to the absolute limit, but The Usos have faced such situations numerous times in their career.

With this victory, The Usos were able to claim the tag team title for the ninth time in their career and made sure to close 2025 on a high note. The tag team division once again has a familiar and dominant force as the tag team champs.

The Collision of Speed and Synergy to Begin The Ninth Reign

Both teams showcased great coordination between the tag team partners during the match. AJ Styles dominated the first half of the match, showcasing why he is one of the best in business. He singlehandly dominating both Jimmy and Jey Uso, who were clueless against him initially. Dragon Lee, too, helped AJ Styles to control the match. AJ Styles kicked out of a Spear, followed by a Uso Splash.

The match turned on its head when the Usos picked up pace, rediscovering their Uso Penitentiary chemistry, which has been the highlight of their career. The Uso intercepted AJ Styles Phenomenal Forearm with a Double Superkick. It was Dragon Lee’s turn to receive a Double Superkick. The Usos then delivered 1-D to Dragon Lee, and Jey Uso secured the pinfall victory.

The Usos have not only silenced the critics with this victory but have set a new bar for themselves and for the other tag teams on Monday Night Raw.
