Jeff Hardy remembered the hardest chair shot he delivered to Brock Lesnar’s head while interviewing with Chris Van Vliet. He memorized the back story of the most brutal chair shot in pro wrestling’s history.

In the video clip, he told Chris that he was taking powerbomb after powerbomb, every other night from Brock. The moment Jeff got his chance, he hit the chair straight to Brock’s head.

The shot was so hard that it echoed all around the arena. Brock took the chair shot but did not go down. Paul Heyman later revealed to Jeff that this was the first chair shot that Brock took to his head!

When did the feud between Brock Lesner and Jeff Hardy start?

The feud between him and the Hardy Boys started when Brock Lesnar made his debut. He attacked the fan-favorite Hardy Boys after their match against Big Boss Man and Mister Perfect.

It was in retaliation to the attack that Jeff Hardy and Matt Hardy delivered a chair shot to the head of the Beast Incarnate. Brock went after Matt Hardy and injured him forcing Jeff to compete in place of his brother against Brock Lesner at Backlash 2002.

Lesner dominated Jeff Hardy and the referee had to intervene to stop Lesner from Punishing Jeff Hardy anymore as the match ended in a KO. Brock dominated the conflict between him and the Hardy Boys, which continued for a few more episodes.
