The opening semi-final on 4 June pits host nation Germany against 2019 winners Portugal in Stuttgart. Julian Nagelsmann’s side boasts an unbeaten home record in this campaign. They will also be buoyed by the return of goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen.
Portugal, however, are arriving with their own firepower. Cristiano Ronaldo, now 40, remains lethal with support from key players, like Champions League winners Vitinha and Joao Neves. On 5 June in Munich, Spain are set to face France in a repeat of the Paris 2024 Olympic final.

A third-place match and the final will also be played following the end of these two semi-final matches. After hosting a UEFA Champions League final on May 31, the iconic Allianz Arena are set to hold the UEFA Nations League final as well.

France: Deschamps’ men overcame a poor start to top their group stage games. However, they bounced back after they edged past Croatia on penalties. Kylian Mbappe leading the line from the front, will be supported by rising star Rayan Cherki and Michael Olise on the flanks.
