John Cena turned face on Friday Night SmackDown, and while he took shortcuts to win when he was a heel, we saw him fighting hard and not giving up like before. Cody Rhodes too showcased immense durability during the match as he received numerous Attitude Adjustments but kicked out. While Cody Rhodes was willing to go to any length and use the WWE Undisputed title as a weapon, John Cena refused to do it. He followed it up with a Cross Rhodes to pin Cena and win the match. Cody Rhodes was seen in tears, and both legends showcased immense respect for one another. Cody Rhodes left the ring, leaving Cena with the crowd. Out came Brock Lesnar, who delivered an F5 to him, and ruined his moment.
