Notably, the 2026 FIFA World Cup kicks off on June 11, 2026 and runs until July 19 across the United States, Mexico and Canada. Before the real action begins, the draw will decide everything from the groups, the matchups, and the early storylines of the first-ever 48-nation World Cup.
So how will teams know their opponents? Here are all the key details about the World Cup draw, the pots, the hosts, and how the final six teams will join the field in March.
