Will Randy Orton be Fined For Delivering RKO to Nick Aldis and Other Officials

Randy Orton was part of the most brutal match of Backlash 2025 against arch-rival John Cena. The match that saw him deliver both his RKO and John Cena’s Attitude Adjustments to John Cena. Not only that, he countered both John Cena’s Attitude Adjustment and Shoulder Tackle with an RKO. The 25-year-old rivalry, however, would not be resolved by the way Randy Orton lost the match.

Randy Orton kicked out of numerous Attitude Adjustments, and it took John Cena’s new illegal finisher combo to beat him in his hometown. John Cena delivered a low blow to Randy Orton and followed it up with a WWE Undisputed Championship to his head. Randy succumbed to the new finisher, but not before giving the fans what they came for, an RKO Party in St. Louis. Nick Aldis and officials were the unfortunate souls caught in the crossfire.

Randy Orton to be fined for attacking Nick Aldis and the officials again

Randy Orton might be fined with heavy fine for delivering an RKO to Nick Aldis and other officials. He has already paid $100,000 as a fine for hitting Nick Aldis with two RKOs. Randy got pissed when he was denied the victory over John Cena as the second referee got injured. Randy Orton and Nick Adlis seemed to have a word, and the former snapped. He delivered an RKO to Nick Aldis and other officials present in the ring to check on the referee.

Randy Orton and John Cena fought hard, and two referees were the collateral damage. John Cena tried to hit Randy with the WWE Undisputed Championship. Randy Orton dodged and delivered a brutal RKO to John Cena. He covered him, but the referee wasn’t there to count. He would have won the match then and there, but there was no referee to count after the second referee was caught in the crossfire.

Nick Aldis and other officials entered to check on the referee but received vicious RKOs from an angry. WWE might fine him a heavy amount on disciplinary grounds. Randy Orton is not new to these fines and has been fined numerous times for attacking officials. WWE neither revealed whether he would be fined nor the amount, but one thing is sure that the rivalry between Randy Orton and John Cena is far from over.
