WWE Backlash 2025: Fatal Four-Way for the WWE United States Championship, Match Result

The match that didn't resolve the issue but added members to it.

Jacob Fatu has been a force to be reckoned with in WWE since the moment he made his debut as an enforcer for Solo Sikoa. Jacob Fatu, however, made his own fan base for his sheer strength, size, and mobility, which defies the laws of physics. He has seldom been pinned in his dominant career. It peaked at WrestleMania 41, when he won the WWE United States Championship defeating LA Knight in the process.

Solo Sikoa and Damian Priest interrupted the match between LA Knight and Drew McIntyre. Drew McIntyre won the match by disqualification, and Jacob Fatu brutalized LA Knight and Damian Priest. Damian Priest and LA Knight face each other the very next week, and Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu interrupted another match. Nick Aldis clearly pissed by this, announced a fatal four-way match for the WWE United States Championship.

Jacob Fatu Defended his WWE United States Championship With the Help of a Debutant

Jacob Fatu defended his title, but not in his usual dominant style In fact, he was saved by Solo Sikoa, and then Jeff Cobb helped him to score the pin. Jeff Cobb made his debut and brutalised LA Knight and threw him inside the ring. Since there were no disqualifications, all Jacob Fatu needed to do was deliver an Over the Moonsault to an already floored LA Knight and pin him to retain his title.

The match started, and Damian Priest and Drew McIntyre continued their rivalry while Jacob Fatu and LA Knight went against each other. Many moments in the game made the crowd go, “This is awesome.” Drew McIntyre was again screwed by Damian Priest after he was about to pin LA Knight but the latter pulled the referee out. Damian Priest cost Drew McIntyre the championship, and they started to brawl outside the ring.

Damian Priest and Drew McIntyre brawled through the crowd and somehow found themself above a pedestrian. Damian Priest delivered a South of Heaven to Drew McIntyre from the Pedestrian over the equipment, and this kept them out of the remainder of the match. It was LA Knight who dominated the match and would have pinned Jacob Fatu if it wasn’t for Solo Sikoa.

LA Knight went to confront Solo Sikoa, but Jeff Cobb sneaked attacked him and the rest is history. This was Jacob Fatu’s first title defense, and he was not happy with the interruption. This rivalry is clearly not finished, but just added a new chapter to it.
