This WWE Superstar attacked Cody Rhodes after RAW went off air, announced his entrance to 30-Men Royal Rumble.

Cody Rhodes had a day to forget, received a brutal beating and a low blow after Raw went off-air.

Royal Rumble is upon us and fifteen WWE superstars have announced their participation in the major event. Legends like John Cena, and Rey Mysterio, will be participating in their last Royal Rumble. The Royal Rumble winner becomes the #1 contender for the title of his own choice at WrestleMania. Cody Rhodes and Gunther being the champions now have the target on their back.

Cody Rhodes had a day to forget yesterday in front of his home crowd. He entered the arena to help Sami Zayn after the latter was brutalized by Drew McIntyre. The Scottish Warrior won the match against Sami Zayn and decided to punish him after that. Cody Rhodes entered the ring and hit him with Cody Cutter. Kevin Owen came to the aid of Drew McIntyre and attacked the American Nightmare.

What followed was a shocker as Sami tried to help Cody but just like last week, hit the wrong person with a Helluva Kick. He tried to help Seth Rollins from Drew McIntyre last week but hit Seth with a Helluva kick. He again tried to help Cody from Drew and K.O. but hit Cody with a Helluva Kick instead.

Cody Rhodes was brutalized after RAW went off-air

Carmelo Hayes blindsided Cody Rhodes and attacked him brutally before announcing his participation in the 2025 Royal Rumble. Cody Rhodes was already exhausted after Sami Zayn delivered a Helluva Kick. He and CM Punk had an intense verbal altercation that ended the Raw on Netflix. Melo attacked American Nightmare from behind and delivered a low blow that floored the Undisputed Champion.

Carmelo Hayes brought a table into the ring that backfired. Cody Rhodes retaliated with a vicious attack followed by Cross Rhodes. He sent Carmelo Hayes through the table with a blasting powerbomb to get his revenge. Cody Rhodes will face Kevin Owens in a ladder match at the 2025 Royal Rumble for the Undisputed Championship.
