The defending champions of the Club World Cup will face a challenging yet navigable Group G in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup. Being matched up with sides Juventus (Italy), Wydad AC (Morocco), and Al Ain (UAE), City are the favourites to advance to the knockout stages.

In their final game of the group stages, Manchester City will take on the Italian giants Juventus on June 26, 2025. The matchup will kick off at 3:00 PM ET in the Camping World Stadium in Orlando.

Juventus will be Guardiola’s biggest test in the tournament. Manchester City has never managed to beat the Italian side in their past five meetings. The last time these two sides met, Juventus bagged a 2-0 win in the UCL back in December 2024.

Guardiola and his side to their standards fell quite a bit this season. Struggling for a spot in the UCL and the FA Cup loss to Crystal Palace have made their season worse from bad.
