Becky “The Man” Lynch has officially returned to the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). She served as the replacement tag team partner for Lyra Valkyria against Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez at WrestleMania 41 Night 2 on April 20, 2025. The duo went on to take the title from the former champions and WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions themselves. Lyra Valkyria also became a double champion in the WWE.

Lyra Valkyria was originally scheduled to tag team with Bayley in the match. However, Bayley was attacked backstage on WrestleMania 41 Night 1 on April 19, 2025. Valkyria had to find herself a new partner within 24-hours. That turned out to be the returning Becky Lynch and the duo achieved the impossible by winning the tag titles. Becky Lynch and Lyra Valkyria praise each other for their performances.

Becky Lynch returned at WrestleMania 41 Night 2 on April 20, 2023. She helped her fellow teammate and countrywoman Lyra Valkyria against Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez. They ended up becoming the new WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions (via WWE on YouTube).

The two of them appeared in a post-show press conference along with Becky Lynch’s daughter Roux. There, Becky Lynch was full of praise for Lyra Valkyria for quickly becoming a double champion in the main roster. She also revealed that before she left she told Lyra Valkyria that she was her biggest hope for the future. She further stated (via WWE on YouTube)-

Lyra Valkyrie also has praised Becky Lynch during the post show conference. She revealed (via WWE official Instagram account) that it was a dream come true for her. She considered it to be the completion of a massive life goal for her and she could not be more happier. Valkyria also stated that it was her first WrestleMania match and she was on it alongside one of the very best in the women’s division. Lastly, she also revealed that watching Becky Lynch achieve it all motivated her and made her realize than an Irish girl can also make it to WrestleMania.

What’s next for Becky Lynch?

Becky Lynch “The Man” has made a full-time comeback to the WWE. She confirmed this during one of the questions asked during the post-show press conference. Notably, she had been been absent since May 2024 until she returned in April 2025. She revealed (via Wrestletalk)-

“Yeah, The Man don’t do part-time. C’mon now. When I go, I go hard. I go hard until I can’t go no more… Or I take a little break.”

Now that Becky Lynch is fully back in WWE, she can start defending the WWE Women’s Tag Team title alongside Lyra “Two Belts” Valkyria while also mentoring her for the future.
