Will Sami Zayn be able to punish Kevin Owens for his bad deeds?

Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn have seen it all in their relationship. They have played friends and foe to each other numerous times. Kevin Owens delivered a Package Piledriver to Sami Zayn when it was least expected. Just when everyone thought that their rivalry had seen its end, It resumed again. It is different this time as both of them are hellbent on ending the other’s career.

Sami Zayn has been the good brother to every WWE superstar. It was apparent when he was sprinting around the ring to check on Cody and Kevin Owens during their ladder match at the 2025 Royal Rumble. His good deeds however were not taken kindly by Kevin Owens who blamed him for not helping him during the match. He appeared on Raw and delivered a Package Piledriver to Sami Zayn after the latter lost to CM Punk.

Kevin Owens intruded into Sami’s family’s private space to film a video that he shared on X.

Kevin Owens shared a video message accusing Sami of trying to end his career, calling him selfish and too proud to push for an unofficial unsanctioned match. He blamed Sami for not considering his family and who would provide after Kevin punished him again at the Elimination Chamber. He filmed a video of Sami’s family invading their privacy and shared it on X.

Sami Zayn warned Kevin to be prepared for the consequences of delivering a Package Piledriver to him. Kevin in his response asked Sami to catch him at the Elimination Chamber. Sami agreed to the match at the Elimination Chamber but Adam Pearce denied it stating the former is not medically clear. He warned Sami that officials would not be able to intervene and save him from Kevin’s assault if he agreed to a match. Sami demanded Adam Pearce for a match who announced an unofficial and unsanctioned match between him and Kevin Owens.
