WWE is all set to air Friday Night SmackDown for the first time after John Cena’s retirement. He lost his final match to Gunther, and the latter bragged about it on Monday Night Raw until he was asked to leave the building. John Cena losing the match was not the only frustrating thing for the audience that happened at SNME; the other was Cody Rhodes’ match against Oba Femi ending in a DQ.

Drew McIntyre attacked Cody Rhodes during his match with Oba Femi, and the referee had to end the match in a no-contest. Cody Rhodes and Oba Femi joined forces and punished Drew McIntyre. An angered Cody Rhodes was later shown entering Drew McIntyre’s property when the latter was with Nick Aldis and attacked him. Cody Rhodes will be on Friday Night SmackDown tonight to address the crowd.
