Aleister Black Attack Damian Priest Again on SmackDown, Rivalry Far From Over

Damian Priest found himself in the vengeful shadows of Aleister Black and Zelina Vega in the night that was meant to celebrate John Cena’s legacy. Damian Priest spoke too soon when he stated that the Aleister Black and Zelina Vega chapter of his life is closed. Zelina Vega caused a distraction, and Damian Priest found himself in the crosshairs of Aleister Black.

Friday Night started with Damian Priest addressing the crowd and getting them all hyped up about John Cena’s retirement. The segment, however, ended with him buried under a broken table with his shattered ego. Damian Priest thought that The Terror Twin’s victory over Zelina Vega and Aleister Black last week ended the rivalry, but it was a mistake that he had to pay for tonight.

Aleister Black Lays Waste to Damian Priest, Ambush Continues

Damian Priest paid tribute to John Cena before mentioning his victory with Rhea Ripley over Aleister Black and Zelina Vega. It was at this moment that Zelina Vega interrupted, and Damian Priest fell prey to the ambush. Priest was able to gain control momentarily when the brawl spilled outside the ring by hitting a South of Heaven ChokeSlam to Aleister Black on the apron.

Damian Priest went to set up the table and gave enough time for Aleister Black to recover. Aleister Black leveled Damian Priest with a chairshot and then delivered a crushing Meteora, sending him through the table. Damian Priest’s nightmare didn’t end at the ringside as Aleister Black attacked him again backstage when he was being escorted by security.

Aleister Black attacked Damian Priest from behind and then tore through the security and hit the latter on his back with a giant snow shovel. He floored Damian Priest with his signature Black Mass. He reignited the rivalry again, sending a clear message to Damian Priest that the rivalry is far from over.
