CM Punk might have resolved his feud with The OTC Roman Reign at the 2024 Survivor Series: WarGames. Both emerged victorious in their battle against the Bloodline 2.0. CM Punk was acknowledging the crowd when Seth “Freakin” Rollins interrupted him on Monday Night RAW.

They had a verbal confrontation followed by a brawl which was stopped by Sami Zayn and Jey Uso. The ‘Kingslayer’ and ‘Best in the World’ have been at verbal war against each other ever since. Fans are waiting for WWE to announce their match.

What Seth Rollins said?

Rollins interrupted CM Punk’s promo after the Survivor Series while the ‘Best in the World’ was acknowledging the crowd. He stated that he has been thinking of CM Punk for six months. Seth thinks that Punk abandoned the company for 10 years and said some bad things about him and the company.

Seth claimed that he ran WWE during those 10 years, while Punk was out talking smack about him, and the company. WWE is his home and CM Punk doesn’t belong here. He also claimed that CM Punk is a fraud who works for money.

He claimed that everything Punk did in the ring, he did it twice. He closed the segment by stating he featured at Wrestlemania’s main event which Punk never could.

What CM Punk said?

‘The Best in the World’ retaliated that he doesn’t think about Seth Rollins for a second. He mocked that Seth has nothing now. He is no longer a champ which is why he doesn’t see him as a competitor in his future.

CM Punk in an interview stated that he taught Seth Rollins for free. However, he doesn’t understand Seth’s hate for him. He claimed that he saved Seth when WWE was about to fire him. He worded that everything Seth did, he had done better and way before Seth got here. Punk concluded that the starter was back now, second string had to sit down on the bench.

What’s Next for the two Superstars?

WWE might announce the most awaited match that both superstars are aching for. It is guaranteed to be the main event of the show. With the fan following that CM Punk and Seth Rollins have, WWE can make their match the main event at Elimination Chamber or WrestleMania 41.

It doesn’t matter whether they go to war against each other at a mega event or a regular episode. The audience is bound to get bonkers during their match. Both superstars are known for their never-die attitude, so it will be interesting to see whether the ‘Best in the World’ remains the best or ‘Kingslayer’ slays him.
