Chelsea following a successful season in the Premier League 2024/25 will take their young fierce side to Club World Cup 2025 in the USA. Enzo Maresca leading the Blues to a fourth place finish in his first season will look to keep the momentum going in the first edition of the revised format.

Chelsea had some brilliant individual performances from players like Cole Palmer, Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo through the season. Expecting to take a fit squad to Club World Cup 2025, Chelsea announced their 26 man squad for the tournament.

Chelsea Key Players to Watch at Club World Cup 2025

Cole Palmer

Former Manchester City midfielder Cole Palmer had a breakout season in 2024/25. Being Chelsea’s highest goal contributor in all competitions, Palmer scored 15 goals and provided 8 assists in the Premier League. The 23-year-old will be keen to make an impact in the Cup tournament as Chelsea will compete in the Group D of the CWC 2025.

Moises Caicedo

Shining in the midfield with the holding role, Ecuador International Moises Caicedo has earned the respect of Stamford Bridge. Caicedo was among the highest rated players at Chelsea this season as he kept their defence firm in high stake games. Leading the side to tbe UECL 2025 trophy, Caicedo will be keen to add to his fine form at the Club World Cup 2025.

As of June 12, 2025, the club has secured six notable signings: striker Liam Delap from Ipswich Town, winger Estevao Willian from Palmeiras, midfielder Dario Essugo from Sporting CP for £18.5 million, centre-back Mamadou Sarr from Strasbourg for €14 million, midfielder Mathis Amougou from Saint-Etienne for £12.5 million, and goalkeeper Mike Penders from Genk on a seven-year deal.
