UFC Houston Parlay Picks & Best Combos For The Main Card

Zaid Quraishi

UFC Houston lands at Toyota Center in Houston, Texas on Saturday, February 21, with Sean Strickland vs. Anthony Hernandez headlining a stacked main card. The middleweight title eliminator tops a card that also features an explosive welterweight co-main between two finishers in Geoff Neal and Uros Medic, plus a dangerous heavyweight clash.

Below, we’ve put together our favorite UFC Houston parlay picks and best combos for the main card. These are the spots where we think it actually makes sense to tie fights and markets together. Rather than forcing 6-8 legs just for a bigger payout, we’re keeping our parlays selective and focused on logical connections.

Parlays are always higher risk, higher reward, so we’re keeping our combos tight. If you prefer straight bets, you can also see our UFC Houston best bets and single fight predictions.

Best Parlay #1 – Main Card Value Combo

Fight/MarketOdds & Books
Leg 1 – Hernandez moneyline vs Strickland-270 at FanDuel
Leg 2 – Delija by KO/TKO vs Spivac+130 at FanDuel
Leg 3 – Neal vs Medic Under 1.5 Rounds-166 at FanDuel
Combined parlay price+412 at FanDuel

This is our core main card combo: the heavy favorite expected to dominate, a plus-money finish in a fight books strongly expect to end early, and an under leg in the most finish-heavy fight on the card. We’re comfortable tying these together because Hernandez’s path to victory is clear, Delija brings legitimate knockout power over a struggling Spivac, and both books have the Neal vs Medic not going the distance..

Leg-by-Leg Reasoning

Leg 1 – Hernandez ML (-270): Anthony Hernandez enters this fight on an eight-fight winning streak. He averages a massive 6.46 takedowns per 15 minutes with 62% striking accuracy. He has completed 48 takedowns across his last eight fights, including a career-high 10 against Michel Pereira.

Strickland’s 76% takedown defense is solid but has never been tested against a wrestler of this volume. Hernandez’s game plan practically writes itself: drag Strickland into deep water, pile up control time, and bank rounds.

Leg 2 – Delija by KO/TKO (+130): Ante Delija brings 4.81 significant strikes per minute with explosive knockout power. Spivac is riding a two-fight losing streak, absorbs 4.25 significant strikes per minute, and his 50% striking defense creates glaring holes for a heavy-handed finisher.

Delija’s training alongside Tom Aspinall has sharpened his already dangerous striking, and Spivac’s inability to land takedowns consistently means this fight likely stays standing where Delija holds a significant power edge.

Leg 3 – Neal vs Medic Under 1.5 Rounds (-166): Neal lands 5.05 significant strikes per minute with elite knockout power, while Medic’s last three fights combined lasted just 2:37. Medic’s 60% striking accuracy creates early finishing opportunities from both sides, and Neal’s poor 57% striking defense means he can be hurt. We expect his fight to end inside 2 rounds, and the under 1.5 rounds is the cleanest way to play it.

Best Parlay #2 – Finish Parlay

Fight/MarketOdds & Book
Leg 1 – Medic by KO/TKO vs Neal+225 at BetMGM
Leg 2 – Delija by KO/TKO vs Spivac+130 at FanDuel
Leg 3 – Costa ML vs Ige-215 at FanDuel
Combined parlay price+495 (Mixed books)

This parlay focuses on method-of-victory and moneyline markets tied together by a common thread: all three outcomes are either the most likely or the most logical result of each fight. We’re stacking a genuine upset method pick at big plus-money, an undervalued KO/TKO finish, and a heavy favorite expected to control all three rounds.

Leg-by-Leg Reasoning

Leg 1 – Medic by KO/TKO (+225 BetMGM): While Neal carries the heavy favorite tag, Uros Medic brings legitimate knockout power that books may be undervaluing given the massive moneyline gap. His aggressive trading style forces the exact kind of violent exchanges where his power becomes most dangerous. Neal has shown durability issues when caught clean, and you only need Medic to land his shot and end the night.

Leg 2 – Delija by KO/TKO (+130 FanDuel):  Delija’s striking volume, power, and Spivac’s defensive vulnerabilities make a KO/TKO finish the most likely outcome. FanDuel offers the best price at +130

Leg 3 – Costa ML (-215 FanDuel): Melquizael Costa is installed as a firm favorite across both books. Dan Ige’s only realistic path runs through a KO. Costa’s combination of grappling control and striking volume neutralizes Ige’s finishing threat. This is the anchor leg that grounds the parlay while adding genuine probability to the combo.

Longshot Parlay Play

Fight/MarketOdds & Book
Leg 1 – Strickland moneyline vs Hernandez+220 at FanDuel
Leg 2 – Spivac moneyline vs Delija+100 at FanDuel
Leg 3 – Reese moneyline vs Pereira+132 at FanDuel
Combined parlay price+1385 at FanDuel

This is a pure longshot. All three legs are underdogs or near-even money on FanDuel, and each carries a realistic upset scenario. Bet 0.1-0.25 units maximum.

Leg-by-Leg Reasoning

Leg 1 – Strickland ML (+220): Strickland lands 5.95 significant strikes per minute. This is elite volume that overwhelms fighters who can’t keep up. His 76% takedown defense has held up against high-level wrestlers before. If he can neutralize even half of Hernandez’s takedown attempts, his constant output wins rounds.

Strickland’s championship cardio and experience in 25-minute fights give him tools to survive deep water. At +220, you’re getting solid upset value on a former champion who has never truly looked finished as a fighter.

Leg 2 – Spivac ML (+100): At dead even money, Spivac’s elite grappling creates a genuine path to victory. He averages 4.21 takedowns per 15 minutes, and Delija’s takedown defense sits at just 15%. If Spivac gets this fight to the mat, his submission game and control time could smother Delija’s knockout power entirely.

Leg 3 – Reese ML (+132): Zachary Reese enters at +132 in a fight both books treat as competitive. Pereira is dangerous and flashy, but Reese’s wrestling background could disrupt the Brazilian’s rhythm if he can take him down early and control the pace.

How We’re Building UFC Parlays For UFC Houston

Our philosophy is to keep leg count low to limit compounding risk. We cap our core parlays at three legs maximum and only tie legs together where they logically fit. Finish-heavy fights justify unders, clear skill gaps support moneyline bets, and method picks are reserved for fights where one finishing path is genuinely more likely than others.

We avoid stuffing in every favorite just to chase huge numbers. Parlays are high-risk, high-reward and should be a small part of your overall bankroll,  typically 20-30% of what you’d bet on a straight play. Check FanDuel and BetMGM for MMA parlay promos before placing bets.
