Kimi Antonelli is the rising star of Formula 1 in the 2025 season. The Mercedes rookie is the best performing driver among the six rookies of the 2025 season. Antonelli was Toto’s answer to Lewis Hamilton’s new contract with Ferrari. So far, Antonelli has eagerly stepped up to match his role. Kimi Antonelli has put himself in front and battled against veterans to prove his talent.

He came to F1 after an exception from FIA helped him with his Super License. Now, Kimi Antonelli is showing that age is just a number when you have the race-craft to handle an F1 car.

Kimi Antonelli became the third youngest driver to score points in his F1 debut in Australia. In rain swept conditions, the Italian raced diligently to put his car in the top-10. He managed to defend and attack the drivers ahead of him on a tricky and wet track. Antonelli’s efforts were recognised at the Chinese GP.

He was awarded the Driver of the Day for his performance at Shanghai. Although, Antonelli thinks it’s “weird” for him to win the DOTD award. Kimi Antonelli Wants to Finish His Schooling

Toto Wolff was not exaggerating when he asked Kimi, “How was school” in the latest season of drive to survive. The Italian driver is only eighteen years old even though he is earning points for the Silver Arrows. He is in the final year of his schooling. Antonelli agrees that he is finding it difficult to manage school and racing. He is a phenomenal talent in the F1 paddock currently. But Antonelli wants to make his mother happy by adhering to her wishes and completing his education.

“It would be a shame just to, you know, quit on the last year of school. And also, my mum cares about it, so I will do it for her as well.”

Kimi Antonelli is currently trying to find a date in order to attend the final exams of his school year. His troubles are not suppressed by the fact that F1 is heading into a triple header for April. He will also become a crucial part of Merecedes who want to improve their car before the summer break. Kimi Antonelli has revealed that his school is trying to help him with his studies as much as they can.

“I’m getting a lot of help from the school, I’m not going to lie, they’re sending me stuff over but it’s a big commitment.”

Whats the most difficult subject for Kimi Antonelli? The answer is poetically simple, Mathematics. As an F1 driver, he deals with numbers every second. But, like any other child in school, Mercedes Rising Star also gets confused in Maths.
