WWE SmackDown Result: Jimmy Uso and Damian Priest team up to go against Shinsuke Nakamura and Drew McIntyre

Will we see Drew McIntyre vs Damian Priest at WrestleMania 41?

Drew McIntyre and Damian Priest have been arch-rival since WrestleMania XL. Drew McIntyre became the WWE Heavyweight Champion for five minutes before Damian Priest cashed in his Money in the Bank contract on him. The rivalry remained dormant until the 2025 Royal Rumble when Damian Priest eliminated Drew McIntyre.

Damian Priest and Drew McIntyre met again at the 2025 Elimination Chamber, but the former eliminated Drew McIntyre here as well, adding fuel to the fire. Drew McIntyre didn’t take the elimination of the hands of Damian Priest kindly and delivered a claymore to him. This helped Logan Paul eliminate Priest and set fire to the dormant rivalry between Damian Priest and Drew McIntyre.

Damian Priest and Jimmy Uso defeated Drew McIntyre and Shinsuke Nakamura

Damian Priest delivered a South of Heaven to Shinsuke Nakamura to help his team to victory. The brawl between these superstars started even before the match started. Damian Priest and Drew McIntyre didn’t want to wait till the match started to get their hands on each other. Drew McIntyre and Shinsuke Nakamura brutalized Jimmy Uso initially and dominated the match but Damian Priest brought them back into the game.

The match went to and fro but ended when Damian Priest pinned Shinsuke Nakamura however everything went south for Priest after that. Drew McIntyre attacked him from behind again and delivered a Claymore to him. This is the third attack of Drew McIntyre on Damian Priest. He attacked Damian Priest at the beginning of the first SmackDown after Elimination Chamber.

Damian Priest retaliated the same day and leveled the score. Drew McIntyre attacked him again last week when he was about to seal the match against Shinsuke Nakamura. The attack forced the referee to give the win to Damian Priest via disqualification but that didn’t stop Drew McIntyre from attacking him. The feud between the two is far from over and we are looking at a potential WrestleMania match.
