Dustin “The Diamond” Poirier prepares for his retirement fight at UFC 318 on July 19, 2025, a BMF Belt clash with rival Max Holloway. Whom he has already defeated twice in 2012 and 2019, and now a third one. Holloway won the BMF title by knocking out Justin Gaethje in April 2024.

Poirier, a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and one of the UFC’s most respected veterans (30-9), made his debut in 2010 following the WEC merger. The former interim lightweight champion is best known for his back-to-back wins over Conor McGregor in 2021.

Dustin Poirier’s daughter is Parker Noelle, born on August 20, 2016.

Just a week before his win over Joe Duffy at UFC 195 in January 2016, Poirier received life-changing news: his wife, Jolie, was pregnant. After the bout, he stated to a Fox reporter, “I just found out my wife is pregnant, it’s gonna be my first child. I found out not too long ago, like a week ago, so it kind of put things into perspective already for me.”

That child, Parker Noelle Poirier, was born later that year and has been a constant source of inspiration for the UFC star ever since. Affectionately nicknamed “Sweet P,” Parker even has her own Instagram account, @sweetpnoelle, managed by her proud dad.

Jolie also regularly shares sweet family moments, including a heartfelt birthday post in 2022: “Wishing our beautiful, smart, kind-hearted baby girl the happiest birthday! We love you & are so proud of you, Parker!”

Now, nearly nine years old, Parker is getting ready to become a big sister. In April 2025, the Poiriers announced they were expecting their second child in December. “Fight news wasn’t the only secret we were keeping from you… WE’RE HAVING A BABY!” Jolie wrote. “Sweet P will be a BIG SISTER FINALLY.”
