The UFC has seen the arrival of a newcomer veteran MMA fighter to its rosters. He is “No Love” Patchy Mix and he is best known for his time as a competitor at Bellator MMA. Patchy Mix signed his UFC contract after his departure from Bellator MMA in May 2025.

Patchy Mix notably, had been a former Bellator World Bantamweight title holder during his career with his past company. Patchy Mix Wants a Future Title Fight Against Merab Dvalishvili

Patchy Mix, the newcomer to the UFC already has his eyes set on the UFC Bantamweight title. He spoke of his close relationship with champion Merab Dvalishvili and how they have trained together for years. He revealed (via Uncrowned on Instagram) –

“Me and Merab have trained for years and I respect him, you know, I really do hope Merab wins against O’ Malley, I’d like down the line for us to make some money together, you know, and just duke it out for that title as I get closer to it.”

Patchy Mix stated that he met Merab Dvalishvili a dew months ago in the gym. He informed the champion that he might sign with the UFC. Patchy Mix moreover, also revealed to Merab Dvalishvili that if they ended up fighting, he hoped that it would be for the title. Patchy Mix also stated that he is fighting for his family and winning the title will help his family a lot. Hence, it doesn’t matter to him who stands in his way.

Patchy Mix is yet to start his official UFC fighting career. However, his first UFC fight will take place at UFC 316: Dvalishvili vs O’ Malley 2 on June 7, 2025. He will be facing Mario Bautista in his first fight. Patchy Mix has become the replacement for Marlon Vera, who was Mario Bautista’s original opponent. Patchy Mix has revealed that he will avenge the recently retired Jose Aldo in the fight by defeating Mario Bautista. Bautista had faced criticisms for his controversial win at UFC 307 against Jose Aldo.
