Nico Rosberg's words during Spanish GP qualifying were a direct question at Red Bull
The Spanish Grand Prix is going be another hard face for Yuki Tsunoda and Red Bull Racing. Yuki Tsunoda will start the race from last on the grid. He was the first driver to face elimination in the qualifying session on Saturday.
Tsunoda reported problems with his floor that probably slowed him down. Meanwhile, his teammate was fighting for a front row start until the end of the session. Tsunoda’s races with Red Bull Racing aren’t exactly the best. He is often eliminated in Q2 and has to overtake a lot of traffic. Tsunoda was stuck in Monaco with no chance to pass other cars.
🗣️ "We will try our best tomorrow and see what we can do with the car and hopefully we can target a podium. It will be difficult but doesn’t mean we won’t try."

The Spanish GP leaves him with yet another race out of favorable positions. Nico Rosberg who was with Sky F1 this week raised an important question. He quickly reminded the viewers about the pace difference between the two Red Bulls.
Rosberg has been praising Max Verstappen all weekend. He keeps emphasizing on Verstappen’s race craft. As Rosberg says, Verstappen has been fighting for a championship with a severely disadvantaged car.
Yuki Tsunoda on the other hand isn’t doing too good compared to his teammate. He might be earning a few points here and there but nothing special. Tsunoda is yet qualify or finish a race in the Top-5. During his commentary, Rosberg was sympathetic towards Tsunoda. He talked about potential floor damage which led Tsunoda’s early exit.

As soon as the results for Q2 were out, there were shocking eliminations. Isack Hadjar was among the last drivers to put in his lap. He immediately went into the top-10 and secured his entry into the Q3.
Hadjar’s lap made Rosberg comment about his consistency.
“This Isack Hadjar guy delivers every weekend.”
Nico was completely in awe of Isack who has been the star rookie for the past weekends. Hadjar is indeed delivering every weekend for his team. He could secure a career best P6 in Monaco and help Racing Bulls gain traction in midfield.
nhl I work as a Writer at The Playoffs specialising in NHL, Formula 1 and Motorsports. I got into online journalism a couple of years ago. I used to be an intern for a website managing their Formula 1 content and then I served an entire year as a contractual writer.
Read moreFor me, online journalism was not something I expected. I am a Mechanical Engineer aiming to join Formula 1. At the same time, I am a poet, writer and my university’s Literary Club Lead. One day the dots connected together and I realised I could use my writing skills to convey my passion for Motorsports.
The biggest aspects I love about my role are- Scuderia Ferrari and Sebastian Vettel. When I am not fawning over them I like to convey my opinions to the public, in a manner which helps them gain a new point of view. I love helping people explore new ideas about Motorsports and obviously get recognised as a writer all over the world.
Message to Readers: I promise you one day you’ll see me managing operations on track with a Formula 1 team ; )
