WWE entered the dawn of Bron Breakker’s era last week. After the shocking betrayal at the hands of Paul Heyman and the Vision Faction, Seth Rollins is set to miss WWE for a long time. Jey Uso betrayed his brother to become the #1 contender for the World Heavyweight Championship. He and CM Punk will face each other for the World Heavyweight Championship.

This will be the last Monday Night Raw before Saturday Night’s Main Event, and WWE might announce a few more matches for the PLE. So far, three matches have been announced, two from SmackDown and one from Raw. Both CM Punk and Jey Uso will be in the house tonight, and we might see their rivalry getting intensified further. Last Raw ended with CM Punk and Jey Uso sharing a stare-down.

Rusev vs. Penta, #1 contendership match for WWE Intercontinental title

Dominic Mysterio’s unethical ways have ensured he retains the WWE Intercontinental Championship against big names like AJ Styles and Rusev. He has met Rusev twice inside the squared ring and was able to pin him both times, one way or the other. Penta and Rusev had a dispute the last time when the latter faced Dominic Mysterio.

Dominic Mysterio was trying to leave the ring with the title when he was unable to get past Rusev. Penta stopped him, but Rusev pushed Dominic Mysterio towards Penta. Rusev later lost the match, and Penta unleashed on him. Penta and Rusev will now square off inside the ring to determine who will face Dominic Mysterio for the WWE Intercontinental Championship.

Prediction: Rusev is speculated to win the match and face Dominic Mysterio for the third time. Unless there is an external factor involved in the match, Rusev should defeat Penta to become the #1 contender for the WWE Intercontinental title.

Roxanne Perez vs. Nikki Bella

Roxanne Perez lost to Stephanie Vaquer last week even when Raquel Rodriguez helped her multiple times during the match. As it always has been, Judgement Day acted like the sore loser and attacked Stephanie Vaquer. Nikki Bella entered the ring and not only saved her but also drove Judgment Day away. She will now face Roxanne Perez tonight on Monday Night Raw.

Prediction: Roxanne Perez would win the match owing to an interruption from Raquel Rodriguez. WWE is trying to establish Roxanne Perez and if the past is any indication, new stars who are trying to establish themselves beat the veterans. Judgment Day might unleash their fury on Nikki Bella after the match and Stephanie Vaquer would save her to return the favor.
