Liverpool are weighing up a €60 million offer for Real Madrid midfielder Eduardo Camavinga. Liverpool ended their poor run of form in style on Sunday as Alexander Isak finally opened his Premier League account for the Reds, sealing a 2-0 win over West Ham United. According to reports, the reigning Premier League champions are now focused on improving their midfield for next season.

Midfielders Aurelien Tchouameni, Federico Valverde and Jude Bellingham are all seen as non-negotiable pillars of the Los Blancos project. That midfield hierarchy has naturally placed Eduardo Camavinga’s role under evaluation at Real Madrid. Camavinga himself has never hidden his admiration for Real Madrid’s winning environment and remains highly valued by Xabi Alonso. However, Camavinga has found it difficult to secure a consistent starting place at Real Madrid this season.

As a result, the Reds are ready to test the Spanish champions’ resolve next summer with a move for Eduardo Camavinga. The 23-year-old French international has become one of Europe’s most in-demand young midfielders. Liverpool believe they could take advantage of the situation by trying to bring him to Anfield.

Madrid still value Camavinga and recognise his contribution since joining from Rennes four years ago. However, his lack of regular starts could eventually push him to consider a move elsewhere if the situation doesn’t improve.
