Jey Uso Betrays His Brother Big Jim For Championship Gold in WWE Raw Battle Royal

The Landscape of Monday Night Raw shifted dramatically yesterday when Jey Uso registered a victory in the Battle Royal. This victory earned Jey Uso a title match for the now-vacant World Heavyweight Championship. This win, however, demanded a massive cost of betraying his brother, Jimmy Uso by eliminating him in the closing moments of the match.

Monday Night Raw tonight began with an unfortunate news that Seth Rollins won’t be part of WWE in the near future owing to the shoulder injury he suffered at Crown Jewel. This forced him to vacate his World Heavyweight Championship title. Adam Pearce took the matter in his own hand and announced a Battle Royal to determine who would face CM Punk at the upcoming Saturday Night’s Main Event PLE.

CM Punk had already earned contendership for the World Heavyweight Championship last week when he defeated Jey Uso and LA Knight. The Battle Royal was a star studded event with superstars like LA Knight, The Usos, Dominic Mysterio, Rusev, Finn Balor, Sheamus, AJ Styles and more.

Saving Jey Uso From Elimination Comes Back And Haunt Big Jim

Jimmy Uso saved Jey Uso twice from getting eliminated during the brutal Battle Royal, however the complete opposite happened during the closing moments of the game when Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso, LA Knight and Dominic Mysterio were the final four remaining inside the ring. LA Knight and Jimmy Uso were fighting to eliminate each other and got tangled on the ropes.

Jey Uso, instead of helping his brother, took this opportunity to pushed both LA Knight and Jimmy Uso out of the ring. Neither the crowd nor Jimmy Uso believed at what happened as they watched in stunned silence.

Jey Uso Down The Dark Path, All Set to Face CM Punk at SNME

Jey Uso celebrated his cold-blooded yet hard fought victory when CM Punk entered the ring and both of them shared an intense stare-down to set the stage for their clash at SNME. CM Punk has had a one way dominance in the results whenever he met Jey Uso inside the squared ring till now. He has pinned Jey Uso in a singles match and a triple threat match already.

This betrayal gives a darker turn to Jey Uso’s singles career. He proved that the greed of World Heavyweight title gold is thicker than blood.
