Stephanie Vaquer defeated Roxanne Perez in a hard fought match on Monday Night Raw and proved herself a worthy champion. La Primera not only fought Roxanne Perez inside the ring but she had to constantly tackle the outside intervention of Raquel Rodriguez. She has kept the momentum ever since she made her main roster debut.

A back-and-forth contest between the two rising divas filled with high-impact maneuvers where momentum shifted in a matter of seconds. Roxanne Perez accompanied by Raquel Rodriguez focused her attack on Stephanie Vaquer’s left arm. Stephanie Vaquer’s offence was, however, too much for Roxanne Perez.

Raquel Rodriguez tried to blindside the referee and cause an interference and it worked momentarily as it shifted the entire momentum of the match towards Roxanne Perez. Stephanie Vaquer quickly recovered and countered Roxanne Perez’s move and took down Raquel Rodriguez with a Splash. She them entered the ring and dropped Roxanne Perez with the Angel’s wing to secure a pinfall victory over her.

Nikki Bella Saves Stephanie Vaquer From an After Match Assault

Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez proved to be sour losers as they attacked Stephanie Vaquer to cut short her celebration. They launched a vicious attack on her but just when the numbers game seemed too much for Stephanie Vaquer, Nikki Bella stormed in the ring and save her. She started an all out assault on Judgment Day and send the attackers scrambling.

Stephanie Vaquer further solidifies her position at the top of the women’s division with this victory. The post match chaos and her alliance with Nikki Bella will make sure that her reign is filled with drama. She might face Rhea Ripley soon who is out of WWE due to an injury on her nose.
