Caitlin Clark has ignited the WNBA All-Star voting, but top names like Collier and Bueckers are still in the hunt
The Caitlin Clark effect is in full swing after the first voting results have returned for next month’s WNBA All-Star game. The star-studded mini-games will be played at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis on July 19.
Caitlin Clark leads the pack with 515,993 votes, and if this trend holds, she’s set to captain one of the WNBA All-Star teams. The first two players who got the most votes will lead an all-star side. This with a pool of eight players each and 12 players for reserves.
With fan voting still in the early stages, Caitlin Clark and Napheesa Collier currently top the leaderboard. Fans get 50 percent votes, while the other 50 is equally divided among a media panel and the WNBA players themselves.
NEW: Indiana Fever player Sophie Cunningham has gained over 530,000 followers on TikTok since tackling a Sun player who had fouled Caitlin Clark.

Napheesa Collier who was the Defensive Player of the Year last season has also maintained her performances averaging 24.4 points.
The Minnesota Lynx leader garnered 484,758 votes so far from the WNBA fans. Incidentally, both Minnesota Lynx and Indiana Fever are also the sides to play against each other at the WNBA Commissioner’s Cup.
Aliyah Boston is hot on Collier’s heels in the fan voting with 446,961 votes, narrowing the gap to just 38,000. A surprising entrant is Paige Bueckers who has received 312,920 votes.
