In a classic NFC North rivalry renewed in the postseason, the No.2 seed Chicago Bears (11-6, division champions) host the No.7 seed Green Bay Packers (9-7-1) in the Wild Card Round at Soldier Field on Saturday, January 10, 2026. Kickoff is set for the primetime slot at 8:00 p.m. ET.
The Bears, making their first playoff appearance in years, bring a balanced attack and strong home form (6-2 at home vs 5-4 away) to this third meeting of the season. They are 1-1 against the Packers this season, with a 21-28 loss in their first meeting but a 22-16 overtime win the last time they faced each other.
Meanwhile the Packers counter with playoff experience and a great defensive team led by Matt LaFleur. This historic matchup, their third time meeting in the postseason and the first postseason meeting since the 2010 NFC championship, is the league’s most-played matchup adding further intrigue.
With that said, let us take a look at the anytime touchdown scorer odds for the upcoming Bears vs Packers Wild Card game.
Below are the players we think are good bets for an anytime touchdown scorer in the Bears vs Packers Wild Card game (sourced from BetMGM).
| Player | Team | Anytime TD Odds |
|---|---|---|
| Josh Jacobs | Green Bay Packers | -125 |
| D’Andre Swift | Chicago Bears | +125 |
| Kyle Monangai | Chicago Bears | +145 |
| Christian Watson | Green Bay Packers | +165 |
Josh Jacobs totaled 13 (second best in his career) touchdowns in the 2025-26 regular season and was key in Green Bay’s success and their offense this season. Even Packers’ offensive coordinator Adam Stenavich himself praised Jacobs’ ability to find the end zone earlier. With the volume of touches he gets per game, with 13 games over at least 12 touches this season, and being the Packers most reliable red-zone threat and TD weapon, this is a great bet. Further, the Bears rank amongst the bottom half of the league in scoring defense (22nd allowing, 24.8 points per game) and are one of the worst rushing defense teams in the NFL ranking 28th.
D’Andre Swift has 9 TDs (career high) this season and has been a key weapon in the Chicago Bears’ offense. With 1087 yards for the season on 223 rush attempts, Swift is definitely one of the reasons the Bears have had a massive turnaround this season. He also had career highs in 1Ds, rushing success rate of 54.7%, rushing yards per game at 67.9, all which adds up to a successful season he’s had. The Packers allowed 14 rushing TDs this season and rank 15th in rushing defense, far worse than their passing defense which is ranked 7th in the league. Expect the Bears to use Swift to exploit Packers’ hole in their rushing defense, potentially getting a TD.
Kyle Monangai’s Anytime TD at +145 offers excellent value in the Bears-Packers Wild Card matchup. The rookie RB finished 2025 with 783 rushing yards and 5 TDs on 169 carries, exploding in the middle of the season while sharing a dynamic backfield with D’Andre Swift. Monangai ranks 12th league-wide in goal-line carries, thriving in short-yardage.
Green Bay allowed 116.5 rushing yards per game and multiple RBs to score this season. In cold Soldier-Field conditions favoring the run, Chicago’s ground attack should punch one in using Kyle Monangai, making this a great bet.
Christian Watson’s Anytime TD at +165 offers strong value in the Packers-Bears Wild Card matchup. The speedy WR exploded late in 2025 after injury, posting 35 receptions on 611 yards and 6 TDs for the season. He torched Chicago earlier this season with 2 receiving TDs and 89 yards on just 4 receptions on 4 targets. Watson has been Jordan Love’s deep shot target and red-zone fades, making this wildcard game another opportunity for him to go big and get a TD.

mma I cover the National Football League and things cannot get better than that. I always dreamed to play football or basketball professionally since I’m built like a Running Back. But now that I can’t, since I’m technically in the “Unc” age, I thought why not pick a career in sports industry? So here I am, doing what I love, and hoping that the Commanders win the Super Bowl. I give love to players when it’s due, but can be critical about their performances at the same time. Enough about me, now let my articles do all the talking.
