The New York Knicks will host the Indiana Pacers for Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Finals on May 29. The Pacers have a 3-1 lead in the series, thanks to Tyrese Haliburton, who has been on fire both as a scorer and a playmaker.
Can Jalen Brunson and Karl-Anthony Towns help the Knicks save their season in Game 5? Anyway, check out the best NBA player props here based on the odds from BetMGM and FanDuel.
Jalen Brunson Over 31.5 Points for +108 (FanDuel)
JB has been on fire throughout the playoffs with another 30+ PPG in the postseason. He has put up 33.3 PPG against the Pacers, scoring 30+ points on three occasions, performing as per the projections.
The Pacers have allowed yet another offensive ace to dominate them courtesy of their offense-friendly style. I believe Brunson will make a statement in Game 5 with another 31+ points outing.
Josh Hart Over 9.5 Rebounds for +100 (FanDuel)
Hart has been all over the boards throughout the series. He is averaging 10 RPG in four games, and if we look back at the last five games, he has pulled down 10 or more boards on four occasions.
He has come off the bench in the last two games but still receives 30+ minutes. Thus, I fancy him to hit the 10+ mark again.
Karl-Anthony Towns O 20.5 for -102 (BetMGM)
KAT has also benefited from the shootout nature of the Pacers. He has put up 25.8 PPG during the series, scoring 24 or more in three of the four games. His 25+ PPG is a huge uptick from the previous two series, when he couldn’t reach the 20 PPG mark.
Thus, he will fancy another huge night in a must-win game.
Tyrese Haliburton O 9.5 Assists for -132 (FanDuel)
Haliburton has proven that he is the best passing guard in the league during the postseason. He has dished 11 APG during the series, delivering 10+ helpers on three of the four occasions.
During the last game, he had 15 assists with 0 turnovers. The remarkable Floor General is likely to hit the double-digit mark again.
Pascal Siakam U 20.5 points for -118 (BetMGM)
Siakam has been spectacular throughout the series. He had 30 points in Game 4, reminiscent of his 39-point game-changing effort in Game 2. But Siakam usually switches from a great performance to a below-20-point one.
I think he is due one such game, leading me to choose the “Under” mark.

nba Hi, I am Shubham. I am currently an NBA Predictions Writer on The Playoffs. I enjoy this job because it helps keep me in the loop about the game I love while fulfilling the pleasure I derive from stats. I got into NBA writing through social media interactions in the mid-2010s as I shared my takes on young talents such as D’Angelo Russell. I hope you enjoy reading my pieces as much as Dennis Rodman loved rebounding the basketball!
