Bryce Mitchell’s MMA Journey

Bryce Mitchell is originally from Sherwood, Arkansas, United States and started his MMA career with Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). He is known for being one of the participants of The Ultimate Fighter: Undefeated as a member of Team Cormier and  eventually lost to fellow teammate Brad Katona in the semi-finals on June 20, 2018. 

Bryce Mitchell signed his UFC contract and arrived at the promotion at UFC Fight Night: Thompson vs Pettis on March 23, 2019. There, he defeated Bobby Moffett via unanimous decision and earned Fight of the Night honors. Nicknamed “Thug Nasty”, he has since then also earned a Performance of the Night honor in his career. He presently stands at #13 in the UFC Featherweight Division with a record of 17-3-0. Out of his 17 wins, 1 came via KO/TKO while 9 came through submission and 7 by decision.

Jean Silva’s MMA Journey

Hailing from Florianopolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil, Jean Silva is one of the newcomers to Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). He started his MMA career and went through various promotions before setting his sights to the UFC. He was a part of Dana White’s Contender Series Season 7 (DWCS 7). There, he faced Kevin Vallejos in Week 5 and defeated him on September 5, 2023 and won a contract to the promotion in the process.

Jean Silva made his professional UFC debut with a win against Westin Wilson on January 13, 2024 at UFC Fight Night: Ankalaev vs Walker 2. He has since then maintained his winning status in the promotion and has even earned one Fight of the Night and one Performance of the Night honors more recently. Nicknamed “Lord”, hIs current fight record stands at 16-2-0. He also holds a 10-fight win streak in his MMA career. Out of his 18 total fights, he won 12 by KO/TKO, 3 by submission and 1 via decision.
