Dan “50K” Ige is all set to have a showdown with Sean “The Sniper” Woodson at UFC 314: Volkanovksi vs Lopes on April 12, 2025. Both of them have become veterans inside the Octagon through their fights over the years since their debuts. Their fight will be held as a part of the UFC Featherweight Division.

Dan Ige is the more veteran MMA fighter of the two, having competed in various promotions gefore joining the UFC. On the other hand, Sean Woodson has also maintained a winning streak inside the Octagon in recent years. April 12, 2025 will reveal which of these two Featherweights will be standing tall once their contest ends at UFC 314.

Dan Ige comes from Honolulu, Hawaii, United States and has turned himself into a veteran. He is notable for being a former collegiate wrestler, who competed under NCAA Division III wrestling. His early MMA career spanned across various promotions like Resurrection Fighting Alliance (RFA), Legacy Fighting Championship (Legacy FC), Titan Fighting Championship (Titan FC) and Pancrase before setting his sights to the UFC.

Dan Ige made his first UFC appearance after winning Dana White Contender Series (DWCS 1.3) against Luis Gomez. His first professional fight ended in a loss against Julio Arce at UFC 220: Miocic vs Ngannou on January 20, 2018. Since then, however, he has enjoyed a six-fight win streak in his career as well as four Performance of the Night honors. “50K” presently stands at #15 in the UFC Featherweight Division and has gotten a record of 18-9-0. His 18 wins so far consists of 6 wins via KO/TKO, 5 wins by submissions and 7 wins by decisions.

Hailing from St. Louis, Missouri, United States, Sean Woodson has also established himself as veteran MMA fighter in the UFC. He started his early MMA career at promotions like Resurrection Fighting Alliance (RFA) and Shamrock Fighting Championships. His journey to UFC started with Dana White Contender Series Season 3 (DWCS 3.5), where he defeated Terrance McKinney on Week 5 on July 23, 2019.

Sean Woodson’s first opponent in the UFC was Kyle Bochniak against whom, he won at UFC Fight Night: Reyes vs Weidman on October 18, 2019.
