2025 NFL Draft: Top 10 Prospects

Each year we get to see some of the best football talents across America, to come play for the NFL. Last season we saw Jayden Daniels take the league by storm and help his team reach the Conference Finals for the first time since January of 1992. That is how important the NFL draft is. One that can change the franchise’s success within a single season. So today we look at the 10 best prospects going into the 2025 NFL draft. Let’s get started.

Who are the top 10 prospects in the 2025 NFL draft?

  • Abdul Carter: Carter played 3 seasons for Penn State and is arguably the best defensive player going into the 2025 NFL draft. He has the length and explosive speed to create havoc for the opposition. He was selected for the All-American honors in 2024 and was also named the Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year. Carter is the No.1 ranked prospect for the 2025 NFL draft.
  • Mason Graham: Graham played his college football for the Michigan Wolverines. His size and strength gave his team incredible advantage which helped his team with the 2024 College Football Playoff National Championship. The All-American finished his college football career with 108 tackles, 18 tackles for loss, and 9.0 sacks.
  • Travis Hunter: Hunter won the Heisman Trophy for the 2024 season and it does not get better than that. He is a two-way player who can play as a corner or as a wide receiver. The best part? He excels at both the positions. He accumulated 7 interceptions during his college football career and tracks the opposing quarterback’s passes extremely well. He would be a solid addition for any team in the NFL. Many scouts and pundits have even called him a generational talent.

  • Ashton Jeanty: Jeanty is an extremely poised and smooth runner even though he may look quick. Boise State’s RB has excellent jab steps which keeps defenders off-balance and makes it hard for the defenders to tackle him down. Jeanty was a runner-up in the Heisman Trophy race in 2024 but was named the MWC Offensive Player of the Year in back-to-back seasons (2023,2024).
  • Tyler Warren: Warren can plays multiple positions including tight end, receiver, running back, and quarterback. He is a big target who has a solid frame to box-out defenders for the catch. Warren played for the Penn State Nittany Lions and had a great season in 2024. He had 1233 receiving yards, 104 receptions, 8 receiving touchdowns, 218 rushing yards, and 4 rushing touchdowns.
  • Mykel Williams: Williams played for the Georgia Bulldogs as a defensive end. He has impressive athleticism and movement skills to become a threat in the NFL. What stands out is his size and frame which he uses at the point of attack to gain control of the block. Williams also helped the Bulldogs win the 2022 College Football Playoff National Championship.
  • Will Johnson: Johnson is a lockdown corner who excels at cutting passes off and reading the opposing receiver’s routes. He has the length and the speed to keep up even with the biggest and the tallest receivers which makes him a hot commodity going into the NFL draft.

  • Shemat Stewart: Stewart played college football for the Texas A&M as a defensive end. He finished his collegiate career with 65 total tackles, 12 tackles for loss, and 4.5 sacks. His size and strength made one of the recruiters think that he’s a college senior in his freshman year. Stewart was a two-sport athlete coming out of high school and has an tremendous upside to his game.
  • Walter Nolen: Nolen initially player for Texas A&M but switched in 2024 to play for Ole Miss. He has shown steady improvement every season and in 2024 he was named an All-American. He plays as a defensive tackle and was also named the 2021 USA Today High School Defensive Football Player of the Year.
  • Josh Simmons: Simmons initially played for San Diego State but transferred to Ohio State after a year. He plays as a offensive tackle and helped his team win the 2025 College Football Playoff National Championship. He has great quickness and feet to assist his movements. He initially played as a right tackle while playing for San Diego but played as the left tackle for the Buckeyes, in the last two seasons.
