All you need to know about the pre-US Open carnival.
With the North American swing in full gear, the highly anticipated 2025 Cincinnati Open is just around the corner. The tournament is worth 1000 points on both ATP and WTA tours, and will be played between August 5 to 18, 2025. It is the oldest tournament in the USA which is still being played in its original city. The Cincinnati Masters is also the third largest tennis event in the country – after the US Open and Indian Wells.
World No. 1 duo of Jannik Sinner and Aryna Sabalenka are the defending champions at the 2025 Cincinnati Open. They defeated home favourites Frances Tiafoe and Jessica Pegula to win the men’s and women’s singles titles, respectively. While Arevalo/Pavic captured the men’s doubles crown, Muhammad/Routliffe won a thrilling women’s doubles final to lift the trophy in 2024.
