Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton drained each other to the last bit.
Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton have quite a history. From being each other’s friend to mortal enemies, their rivalry has seen it all. Nia Jax was the former WWE Women’s Champion, and Tiffany Stratton became the Women’s Champion by cashing in her MITB contract on her. Tiffany Stratton has been defending her title ever since.
Tiffany Stratton has held the title for 174 days and has defended it against powerhouses like Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania and Nia Jax herself. Nia Jax has been after her since she returned to WWE. She attacked her twice in two weeks before their last woman standing match for the WWE Women’s Championship was announced. The match with no disqualification, no countout, the only way to win is to break your opponent to his last strength.
Nia Jax gained momentum due to her sheer size the moment the match started. She threw her at the steel stairs and then delivered a Samoan Drop on the announce table for a five count. Tiffany dominated the match for a brief moment before getting manhandled by Nia Jax again. It seemed an unfair match when Tiffany Stratton was sent through the table with a body slam.

How did @tiffstrattonwwe survive that? 😳 pic.twitter.com/N56whfTfoF
Tiffany receives a chair shot to her back and then an Anhilliator. Nia Jax followed it up with another Annihilator, this time by putting a steel chair over Tiffany. Tiffany was still able to be on her feet. Nia Jax attempted to deliver a Samoan Drop through the table, but she reversed it and sent Nia through the table with a powerbomb.

Naomi entered the ring to cash in her MITB briefcase, but Tiffany stopped her and stacked Naomi over her. She then delivered “Prettiest Moonsault Ever,” but Nia Jax still stood up on her feet. A MITB briefcase to Nia’s head that sent her through to the table was finally able to keep her down for a ten count. Tiffany Stratton defended her WWE Women’s title and continued her title reign.
