WWE SmackDown Results: Street Profits defeated Pretty Deadly to retain their tag team titles on Friday Night SmackDown

Pretty Deadly fought hard and didn't let their home crowd down

WWE started today with a segment between Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton where the former announced that he would go after Cody’s title after WrestleMania. Street Profits and Pretty Deadly compete for the tag team championship in the first match today on Friday Night SmackDown. This was Street Profits second title defense after they won the tag team championship.

Street Profits has successfully defended their title for the second time in the last two weeks. They defeated DIY to become the tag team champions. They successfully defended their title against Los Garza last week. Pretty Deadly won the #1 contendership match against Motor City Machine Guns and Los Garza. Pretty Deadly faced Street Profit in their hometown of London.

Street Profits(c) defend their title against Pretty Deadly

Pretty Deadly dominated the match from the beginning and managed to isolate Angelo Dawkins from Montez Ford for the major part of the match. Dawkins however proved why he was the tag team champion as he kicked out every move he received. It was Pretty Deadly vs Angelo Dawkins and the former were not able to keep him down.

Pretty Deadly had more coordination with each other as they executed all their moves perfectly and showed some incredible moves. Kit Wilson even took moves twice to save his partner from getting pinned. All it took was one right hand from Angelo Dawkins to send Elton Prince out of the ring. Street Profits delivered a Doomsday Blockbuster to win the match.
