WWE SmackDown Result: LA Knight defeat Tama Tonga on his Road to WrestleMania on Friday Night SmackDown

LA Knight continues his winning momentum before WrestleMania

Bloodline 2.0 has been a headache to the life of LA Knight and Braun Strowman ever since they lost at Survivor Series. Most of the matches involving LA Knight and Braun Strowman ended in disqualification, courtesy of Bloodline 2.0. While it is Solo Sikoa and Tama Tonga interrupting LA Knight’s matches, it is Jacob Fatu denting the win percentage of Braun Strowman.

Braun Strowman competed in the #1 contendership match for the WWE United States Championship against Jacob Fatu. Solo Sikoa and Tama Tonga interrupted the match and lay waste to Braun Strowman. Braun Strowman won the match by disqualification and qualified for the United States title match. Jacob Fatu was not happy with the situation and interrupted the title match between Braun Strowman and LA Knight, attacking both of them.

LA Knight defeated Tama Tonga even after Solo Sikoa’s interruption

LA Knight dominated the match initially but Solo Sikoa’s interruption shifted the momentum towards Tama Tonga. It was his turn to dominate but LA Knight proved why he is the WWE United States Champion. He quickly got back into the match and started dominating the match again. He nullified Solo Sikoa’s ring-side presence and delivered a Blunt Force Trauma to Tama Tonga to win the match.

Solo rushed into the ring to attack LA Knight as is the trend with Bloodline matches but LA Knight slid off the ring mocking the former in the process. Jacob Fatu will face Braun Strowman later tonight in a Last Man Standing match and LA Knight will face the winner of the match at WrestleMania for the WWE United States Championship.
