John Cena once told a WWE Undisputed Champion that there would come a situation when he would need to choose from being right or being a champion. Not long ago, that WWE superstar chose being right over being a champion and lost his Championship. We are talking about Cody Rhodes who chose morality and lost his title to John Cena at WrestleMania.

Cody Rhodes took a break from WWE while John Cena tried to ruin wrestling but there is always a breaking point. Cody Rhodes returned when John Cena was about to cost Jey Uso his WWE Heavyweight Championship. He helped Jey Uso beat Logan Paul and retain his championship. He announced a tag team match between John Cena and Logan Paul vs Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso. But is there a twist in the tale?

Cody Rhodes Might be Rethinking his Move after losing the Championship

Cody Rhodes In his promo on last Friday Night SmackDown dropped subtle hints that pointed towards him regretting closing righteousness over being a champion. He also claimed that the Final Boss’s offer of joining him is still on the table even when he had denied it multiple times. Cody Rhodes was heard claiming he wont hesitate against John Cena this time.

We saw it when he used championship belt to force John Cena in to contract signing. The other hint was seen during the match against Randy Orton where Cody Rhodes took advantage of his bad back. Now that John Cena has turned face again, WWE might ask Cody Rhodes to do what he was aksed to do at the Elimination Chamber, that is to turn heel.
