WWE Raw: Rusev Assaults Sheamus After He Delivered Another Banger After Banger on Monday Night Raw

Rusev not letting go his rivalry with Sheamus.

Rusev and Sheamus have now turned into long-term rivals. The score between them is now one all since the return of Rusev. Rusev, however, turned out to be a sore loser. He tried to sabotage the match between Sheamus and Grayson Waller, but Sheamus was still able to beat Grayson Waller. Rusev then attacked Sheamus with a Shillelagh stick and then locked an Accolade over Sheamus.

The officials somehow managed to separate Rusev from Sheamus, but the damage was done till then, as Sheamus was all bruised up. The rivalry between Rusev and Sheamus is far from over, and we might see another match between them sooner than later.

Sheamus Punishes Grayson Waller for Running His Mouth

Grayson Waller found the hard way what it’s like to stand against Sheamus. He had a few moments of dominance in the match, but Sheamus never allowed him to keep the momentum. A brogue Kick to his face sealed the fate of Grayson Waller. Grayson Waller thought of messing with Sheamus on the grounds of New Day’s help, but they were nowhere to be found.

Rusev tried to interrupt the match and tried to help Grayson Waller and get his revenge on Sheamus, but the Celtic Warrior outfoxed both. Sheamus has already seen a lot of this move during his career. He, however, suffered an ill fate when Rusev attacked him. The officials were able to stop Rusev’s assault, but Sheamus was down till then.

Sheamus defeated Rusev for the first time in his career on Monday Night Raw last week, which pissed off Rusev. This was Rusev’s first defeat since he returned to WWE, and he got the perfect opportunity for a sneak attack after Sheamus was already exhausted from his match against Grayson Waller.
