WWE Raw: Judgment Day vs. LWO, We Have Two El Grande Americano Now on Monday Night Raw

Two El Grande Americanos cost LWO the title opportunity tonight.

LWO were stripped of the WWE World Tag Team title opportunity by not one but two El Grande Americanos. LWO defeated New Day and American Made last week to become the WWE to get their chance at Tag Team glory, but were stopped moments before they were about to take out Judgment Day’s Finn Balor and JD McDonagh.

Judgment Day’s Finn Balor and JD McDonagh defeated New Day to become the new WWE World Tag Team Champions. New Day has been trying to get their hands on the rematch for the title. They got their chances in a triple threat Tag Team match for the #1 contendership. American Made, New Day, and LWO participated in it, but to the surprise of everyone, LWO won the match.

LWO Had to Face Judgment Day and Two El Grande Americanos

LWO dominated the entire match, getting “this is awesome” chants from the crowd numerous times. They came prepared to the match and had an answer to all the moves that Finn Balor and JD McDonagh had at their disposal. They counter most of their moves, and it felt like Judgment Day were out of answers during the match.

The audience was served with numerous high flyers, and most of them were from LWO. The LWO would have won the match had there been no interruption, but there were not one but two. The first interruption was neutralized by Dragon Lee, but then came another El Grande Americano, who flipped the match on its head. Finn Balor delivered a Coup De Grace to Cruz Del Toro and retained their title.

WWE has yet to confirm the identity of the first El Grande Americano, and now there are two roaming around. Is it Chad Gable and Ludwig Kaesar? We will have to wait till we get an official confirmation.
