WWE Raw Result: Bayley and Raquel Rodriguez squared off for the #1 contendership for the Women’s Intercontinental Champion

Lyra Valkyria set to defend her title against a new #1 contender.

WWE aired its last episode of Raw on Netflix before they started their European tour. Bayley and Raquel Rodriguez clashed inside Madison Square Garden to qualify for the top contender for the Women’s Intercontinental title. Lyra Valkyria has already defended her title successfully against Dakota Kai and Ivy Nile in the last two weeks.

Raquel Rodriguez and Liv Morgan are the current Women’s Tag Team Champions after defeating Naomi and Bianca Belair with the help of Dirty Dom. Raquel and Bayley fought hard for the #1 spot for the Intercontinental title. Raquel Rodriguez possesses immense power, but Bayley was dominating her, utilizing her in-ring experience.

Raquel Rodriguez defeated Bayley with the help of Liv Morgan and Dominic Mysterio

Raquel Rodriguez defeated Bayley owing to an interruption from Liv Morgan and Dominic Mysterio. Bayley was dominating the match and threw Raquel Rodriguez out. Dirty Dom tried to enter the ring to distract the referee so that Liv Morgan could inflict some damage on Bayley. Bayley neutralized both Dominic and Liv, but the distraction was enough for Raquel Rodriguez to capitalize and win the match.

Bayley went for the suicide dive, but the distraction from Liv Morgan and Dirty Dom gave Raquel enough time to pull herself back and catch Bayley. She delivered a body slam to Bayley on the announcer’s table, and Bayley somehow beat the count out. Raquel delivered a big boot followed by a Tejana bomb to win the match. She will now face Lyra Valkyria for her title.
