Saying John Cena has been the talk of the town would be wrong, as there is no soul in the WWE Universe that is not talking about him. John Cena betraying Cody Rhodes was the most discussed event of the Elimination Chamber which had moments like, him winning the Men’s Elimination Chamber, Randy Orton returning to punish Kevin Owens, Jade Cargill attacking Naomi, Bianca Belair winning the Women’s Elimination Chamber and Cody dropping an F-Bomb on The Rock.

John Cena has entered WWE Raw twice and WWE fans booed him both times. He too has been giving it back to WWE Universe breaking up with his fans and haters at the same time last Raw on Netflix. He entered WWE and called every WWE fan a lab rat claiming he has been experimenting on each one over the last 25 years.

John Cena ended his promo by claiming he would spoil wrestling for its fans and wrestlers and retire the WWE Championship title after winning it for the 17th time at the 2025 WrestleMania.

Cody Rhodes announced John Cena would retire empty-handed

Cody Rhodes has been the show-stopper for John Cena in back-to-back weeks on Monday Night Raw. He asked John Cena to bring his real self at WrestleMania else the former would retire him early. He entered the ring today and mocked John Cena, stating that in order to take the WWE Championship from its fans, he must first take it from him.

Cody told John Cena he was wrong and that this John might be the most dangerous but he is not the champion. He asked him to take a swing at him and take the championship but John left. Cody announced that he wouldn’t let him win the 17th title and retire it and claimed John would have to retire empty-handed. Cody Rhodes has to defend his WWE Undisputed title against the 16-time WWE Champion, John Cena at the 2025 WrestleMania.
