Tiffany Stratton to face her toughest challenge at WWE Evolution

Two generations of WWE will collide tomorrow at WWE Evolution for the WWE Women’s Championship. The fans have been wanting the clash between Trish Stratus and Tiffany Stratton for a long time, and the latter has delivered it. She disclosed Trish Stratus to be her opponent for the WWE Evolution. WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus was honored to receive the opportunity.

Trish Stratus is a seven-time world champion, while this is Tiffany’s first title reign. Though she has defeated big names like Nia Jax, Bayley, and Charlotte Flair to retain her title, it would not be easy to defend it against a veteran who dragged the WWE Women’s division on her shoulders for a long time.

Tiffany Stratton rose to the top of the Women’s division when she cashed in her MITB contract on Nia Jax. She has received an upward push in WWE and reached career heights at WrestleMania when she defeated Charlotte Flair. She has proved herself to be worthy of the title every time she is put to the test. She was a pretty face when she entered the main roster, but not anymore.

The Evolution will, however, be a new but the toughest challenge of all for her, as she would face a seven-time world champion and the pioneer of WWE’s Women’s Revolution. Trish is back to prove that she can beat the current generation’s best. Trish and Tiffany last fought side by side in a tag team match and have continued involvement with WWE programming.

The rivalry between Stratton and Stratus has been months in the making. What began as a war of words escalated with Stratton dismissing Stratus as “yesterday’s news,” while Stratus called Stratton a “cheap knockoff” of the trail she blazed. Tensions reached a boiling point on Raw when Trish laid Stratton out with a Chick Kick, setting the stage for this explosive title clash.

Tiffany Stratton speculated to retain her title against Trish Stratus. This will give Tiffany another push, and if history suggests anything, WWE books their legend to provide a push to their current stars, and this time would be any different. We might, however, see Naomi cash in on her and become the New WWE Women’s Champion. There would be no better way to shift the title.
