Crucial names doubtful for Barclays clash

The high flying Liberty will host the Golden State Valkyries for the consecutive time at the Barclays Center on Thursday. The Valkyries, slowly finding their footing in the WNBA, will aim to pull off an early-season upset

However, the task will not be easy as the New York Liberty are continuing from where they left last season. They have a clean 4-0 record coming into their fifth game. Their last win came against the same Golden State Valkyries on Tuesday.

The new franchise had a terrible start to the WNBA game where they went on to trail the first quarter by 17 points. Though, their quarter 2 and 3 performances were fine but they faltered again in the fourth quarter. Golden State Valkyries managed to hit 16 points while Liberty scored 28.
