Jets bring back Anderson-Dolan from AHL to strengthen their roster amid upcoming matchups.
The Winnipeg Jets are making roster adjustments as they gear up for a back-to-back road trip. To add some extra depth, the team has recalled forward Jaret Anderson-Dolan from their AHL affiliate, the Manitoba Moose.
With Morgan Barron still on injured reserve due to an upper-body injury, the Jets didn’t need to make another move to accommodate Anderson-Dolan. Although Barron is expected to return soon, his absence for this road trip seems certain.

Anderson-Dolan, now in his first season with the Jets organization, likely won’t see game action over the next two days. However, if he does get the chance, it would mark his debut with Winnipeg. The six-year NHL veteran joined the team last offseason on a two-year, $1.55 million contract.
His journey this season has been challenging. A foot injury in one of the final preseason games sidelined him for over a month, delaying his start until November 8, when the Jets activated him and sent him to AHL Manitoba. Since then, his performance has struggled, tallying just five goals and 13 points in 38 games. His -26 rating is the worst of his professional career and one of the lowest in the AHL this season.

nhl I’ve always loved writing and storytelling, and hockey gives me a perfect stage for endless stories to tell. Whether it’s breaking down a game, analyzing a big trade, or capturing the emotions on the ice, I bring the NHL to life through words. So what’s the best part you ask? Watching the action unfold and turning it into something fans can connect with. To my readers: Hockey is more than just a game—it’s the highs, the heartbreaks, and the moments that make us jump off our seats. So, keep cheering, keep debating, and never stop loving the madness of the sport!
