Best Betting Odds ft. Sabalenka, Gauff, Swiatek and More.
The 2025 Wimbledon Championships are set to take place between June 30 and July 13. Ahead of the most awaited tournament of the tennis season, the draw for the women’s event has been released. World No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka headlines the singles category, with Roland Garros champion Coco Gauff posing a threat to her in the other half. Several other stars such as Iga Swiatek, Jessica Pegula, Mirra Andreeva and Madison Keys are also set to feature.
Barbora Krejcikova and Jasmine Paolini are the reigning champion and runner-up at the Wimbledon Championships. While the Czech superstar opens her account against Alexandra Eala, Paolini faces Anastasija Sevastova of Latvia in Round-1. Former Grand Slam champions including Marketa Vondrousova, Jelena Ostapenko, Petra Kvitova, Naomi Osaka and Elena Rybakina also lurk in the corner to cause some upsets.
Ahead of the grass court major in London, let’s take a look at the five players with the best odds of taking home the Ladies’ Singles crown in 2025:
Top seed Aryna Sabalenka faces a tricky opening round against qualifier Carson Branstine of Canada. While she is yet to win a title here at All England Club, the Belarusian has the serve and quality from the baseline to dismantle opposition. However, she will need to improve her first serve percentage, which was in the 50s in Berlin, in order to confirm a championship run.
Aryna Sabalenka was asked about her comments about Coco Gauff after the Roland Garros final, ‘I did what I did and I got what I deserved’

A potential Round-3 against Vondrousova/Kessler, Round-4 vs Svitolina, QF against Keys/Badosa and SF vs Paolini/Zheng stands in the way of Sabalenka entering the final.
The 2022 Wimbledon champion Elena Rybakina returns with favourable odds to claim a triumphant success this year. The No. 11 seed faces Elina Avanesyan in the Round of 128. She could run into Maria Sakkari in the Round of 64, Iga Swiatek in the Round of 16, Coco Gauff in the QF and Jessica Pegula or Mirra Andreeva in the SF.
While Rybakina has one of the best serves in the women’s game, her groundstrokes have been partially erratic in recent times. If she wishes to regain the women’s crown, the 26-year-old will have to exert control on her forehand in particular.
Contrary to the expectations from her on grass as well as her below par history on the surface, Iga Swiatek has been backed to do well in the BetMGM odds market. The Polish former World No. 1 could reach Round-3 relatively unscathed. She played one of her best grass court tournaments at the Bad Homburg Open, giving her ample confidence heading into Wimbledon.
Swiatek could face Collins in Round-3, Rybakina in the Round of 16, Gauff in the QF and Pegula/Andreeva in the SF. Provided she reaches the final, a mouth-watering contest against one among the likes of Aryna Sabalenka, Madison Keys and Jasmine Paolini is on the cards.
One of the reasons for Coco Gauff’s lower standing in the odds, could be her lack of match practice heading into Wimbledon. The 21-year-old American will be playing just her second match since winning the French Open. Moreover, her draw can be described as nothing short of dreadful.
Gauff has a projected path of Yastremska, Azarenka, Kenin and Kasatkina/Samsonova to reach the quarterfinal stage. If she can navigate through this jungle of terror, the two-time Grand Slam champion could face Swiatek/Rybakina in the QF, Pegula/Andreeva in the SF and Sabalenka in the final.

Possibly the most surprising entrant on this list, Czech southpaw Marketa Vondrousova has all the weapons to justify her threat. The 26-year-old is a former champion here from 2023, and has the experience of being in multiple big finals (French Open 2019, Olympics 2020). Vondrousova’s style of play means that her flat serve and groundstrokes ping off the grass, and leave opponents struggling to control the pace.
Despite being in Sabalenka’s quarter, Vondrousova has the odds in her favour. In fact, she thrashed the Belarusian in Berlin just a week prior to Wimbledon. Her potential path the final involves getting past Kessler, Raducanu, Sabalenka, Svitolina, Keys/Badosa and Paolini/Zheng.
