Who’s playing Monday Night Football Tonight? Week 15 Monday Night Football Double Header Tv Channel, Kick-Off Time

Tonight’s MNF games will paint a clearer playoff picture for two of the four teams in action.

Week 15 of the 2024 NFL season will close with Monday Night Football tonight but the events of this week have us hyped up. The race to the playoffs has intensified and the Rams beating the 49ers on Thursday Night Football was how it all started.

NFL Sunday games gave us a glimpse of what we can expect from the remaining three weeks of the regular season. Joey B and the Bengals kept their hopes alive with a win over the Titans, Chiefs moved up to 13-1 despite Mahomes’ injury, a win for the Ravens and a loss for the Steelers has kept things interesting in the AFC North.

A tough loss for the Lions at the hands of the Bills and a win for the Eagles has opened ways to the top seed in the NFC. Just 3 weeks for all the things to unfold but before that, we are in for a double header for Monday Night Football tonight!

Tonight’s MNF games will paint a clearer playoff picture for two of the four teams in action. The other two teams have already lost their shot at the postseason but they might spoil the party for others. So, who plays on Monday Night Football tonight? Time to find out!

Who plays on Monday Night Football tonight?

Week 15 Monday Night Football doubleheader tonight will have two games: Minnesota Vikings vs. Chicago Bears and Atlanta Falcons vs. Las Vegas Raiders. Let’s break down the games one by one.

Minnesota Vikings vs. Chicago Bears

First up is the NFC North divisional rivalry game between the Minnesota Vikings (11-2) and the Chicago Bears (4-9). The Bears have been knocked out of playoff contention and if there is one team that has fallen from grace, it is the Chicago Bears. Caleb Williams and co. are on a staggering 7-game losing streak, something only the Giants and the Raiders can out-do.

Sam Darnold and the Vikings, on the other hand, are on an entire different trajectory. Despite being in the most competitive division this season, Kevin O’Connell and his lads have done well for themselves. They are ranked 2nd in the NFC North, and have a chance to level the number of wins with the division leaders, the Detroit Lions.

Given how badly the 49ers thrashed the Bears in their week 14 match-up, expect the likes of Sam Darnold, Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison and Aaron Jones to rain fire on the Bears defense. Sorry, Chicago fans.

Vikings vs. Bears Head to Head Record

The Minnesota Vikings lead the overall head to head against the Chicago Bears by 67-58-2. The Vikings hold a 4-1 edge over the Bears in their last 5 meetings. The last game between these two NFC North rivals went in favor of the Vikings who won 30-27 in overtime.

Vikings vs. Bears Kick-Off Time: 8 p.m. ET, Monday, December 16, 2024.

Atlanta Falcons vs. Las Vegas Raiders

The second game of Monday Night Football doubleheader tonight will feature a classic AFC vs. NFC match-up between the Atlanta Falcons (6-7) and the Las Vegas Raiders (2-11). The Raiders are already out of the playoff contention and only have a 9-game losing streak to show for the season.

But the margins are razor thin for Kirk Cousins and the Falcons. They are second in the NFC South, with Tampa Bay leading the division at 8-6, thanks to their 4-game win streak, including the huge win last night over the Chargers!

Kirk Cousins’ decline is a heart-breaking affair, to say the least. Once 6-3, the Falcons are now 6-7 due to their 4-game losing streak. Cousins’ performances in the last 4 games are somewhere to be blamed for this. No touchdowns and 8 interceptions in his last 4 games, this might be the last chance for the veteran QB to redeem himself.
