Hailey Van Lith, a former TCU Horned Frogs guard, was drafted in the 2025 WNBA draft as the eleventh overall pick by the Chicago Sky. Having made her debut against the Indiana Fever, Van Lith has played a total of three games so far. After scoring four points against the New York Liberty, she suffered an ankle injury, which kept her out for two games. Three games down the season, the 23-year-old has is averaging 3.3 points per game, along with 0.3 rebounds, and 2.0 assists per contest.

Talking about her college career, she became a highly popular name in collegiate basketball when she led Louisville to the Final Four as a sophomore in 2022. While Van Lith had a struggling season after her transfer to LSU, the Wenatchee-born moved to TCU in her fifth season. She led the Horned Frogs to the Elite Eight for the first time in school history.

She is a two-time gold medalist with the United States at the youth international level. In 3×3 basketball, the 23-year-old played for the senior team and won gold in the 2023 FIBA 3×3 World Cup. Moreover, she is also a 2024 Summer Olympics bronze medalist and was named the most valuable player (MVP) at the 2019 FIBA 3×2 Under-18 World Cup.

Van Vlith, who was drafted in the first round at the 2025 WNBA Draft, finished the season with an average of 17.9 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 5.4 assists.
