Zaid Quraishi

Get ready for UFC Fight Night 251! Discover the start time, full fight card, venue, and all the exciting details for Cannonier vs. Rodriguez!

MMA fans, it’s fight night again! After the epic showdown in Australia that saw Dricus Du Plessis keep his middleweight belt against Sean Strickland, the UFC is heading back to familiar territory to its home base in Las Vegas for another exciting night of fights. This time, the spotlight stays on the middleweight division as veteran Jared Cannonier takes on the rising Gregory Rodrigues in what promises to be a banger of a main event.

The 40-year-old “Killa Gorilla” finds himself in a tough spot, trying to avoid a three-fight losing streak for the first time in his long career. On the flip side, Rodrigues is riding high on a three-fight winning streak and looking to make a name for himself against a top-10 opponent. It’s the classic “veteran trying to hang on” versus “hungry youngster looking to climb the ladder” story that we’ve seen play out so many times in combat sports.
