Warriors vs Mavericks injury report: Big updates on Anthony Davis and Jonathan Kuminga’s status ahead of tonight’s game

Golden State Warriors will host new-look Dallas Mavericks in a highly anticipated NBA matchup on Saturday evening. The Dubs are chasing a three-game winning streak for the first time in three months. Mavericks edged out the Warriors 111-107 in their recent meeting on Feb. 12 so they enter the fixture with a significant edge.

Steve Kerr’s side are on a sprint for the potential playoffs and their fortune has been changed since acquiring Jimmy Butler from Miami Heat. Warriors are coming off a 132-108 win over the Kings. Warriors are 1-2 against the Mavericks in regular season and their only win came during the NBA Cup.

Dallas Mavericks have a lengthy list of injured players and the visitors have listed six players on the injury report. Newly acquired, Anthony Davis remains out due to a groin injury, sustained on the Mavs debut.

Caleb Martin (Hip), Daniel Gafford (Knee), and Dereck Lively (Ankle) will remain out for this contest. P.J. Washington is listed as questionable due to a right ankle sprain. Dwight Powell (Hip) has also been put on day-to-day and will be doubtful for this game.
