Bronny James continued his excellent form in G League as the rookie player helped the South Bay Lakers beat the Valley Suns on Saturday night. Bronny James and Jabari Rice combined for 51 points in the Lakers’ 118-98 win. South Bay Lakers now snapped their four-game losing streak.

Bronny is already facing backlash from the sports analysts. Recently, his father and Doug Gottlieb involved in an argument. Wisconsin-Green Bay head coach hit back at LeBron James in fiery rant over Bronny James’ selection. Despite all this, the young guard dropped another 20-point performance in G League.

Bronny was not part of the Los Angeles Lakers’ 123-100 win against the Denver Nuggets. He last played for the NBA side on Feb. 12 against the Jazz and scored 9 points in an eight-minute stay. The 20-year-old displayed great offense while being efficient with just 2 turnovers and 63% FG.

The Lakers rookie has scored 20 points in four of his last five games. Bronny James is averaging 22.8 points, 5.3 rebounds, 4.7 assists and 2.2 steals per game this season in G League.

“I think we kept executing our game plan…we kept with it,” Bronny James said after the game. “We felt that run a little bit but we were able to fight back…I feel like it’s a good step in the right direction.
